Job Description
· IT Asset Database maintenance & updation (Install, Move, Add, Change & Deletion)
· Asset Tagging Activity. Tracking and managing Asset related calls in Ticketing Tool.
· Updating Invoice and PO copies and submitting IMAC copies to FA book entries
· Tracking Asset life cycle and maintaining AMC records.
· Compliance check of Antivirus , Tool of active & inactive system.
· Execute Exit and Transfer clearance for employees leaving firm.
· Maintain records software
· IT Asset Movement Analysis. Spare Management.
· Bonding and Debonding Activities for IT Asset. Handled and managed custom clearance inspections.
· Asset Disposal Forms & Format. End to End follow up for user request.
· Handling Customer Escalation and Vendor Management.
· Vendor Call Monitoring, Replacement Material, Hard disk Deband Reports
· Other Reports- Seat allocation details, Activities report, Daily Installation Report, Stock report, Laptop allocation, Team Leave Management report.
