IT Business Analyst

Location : New Friends Colony, New Delhi

Experience : 2-4 yrs

Salary : 30k-50k PM

Key Job Responsibilities:

Understand customer’s requirements including business workflows, functional and technical specifications.
Should have Strong Technical Knowledge in the IT field.
Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
Recommend solutions and features based on the requirements for the client’s market and guiding them on budget suitability.
Organize and analyze the requirement in detail. Prepare screen wireframes, user flow, and user stories.
Elicit customer requirements and prepare functional, business process and specification documents.
Consult with the Development team and prepare estimates for development and delivery time (and cost).
Assist the Sales team with technical feedbacks and help them create Business Proposal, Scope of Work Document, T&M and Fixed Cost Agreement, Change Request Forms and Maintenance Contracts.
Attend all scrums, Planning sessions and retros as part of the product team to capture findings and resolve issues.
Manage the backlog of work to ensure the team always has an adequate amount of prioritized work per sprint and that the backlog is inline
Assist the business/testing team in UAT/functional testing.
Analyze change requests and create the Impact Analysis Report.
Involve in Multiple Projects from Pre-sales Stage up to Delivery.

Requirements:

2-4 years of business analysis experience preferably in web development using open source technologies.
Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills.
Knowledge of requirement analysis, impact analysis, User interface design techniques.
Proven track record as a business analyst, dealing with all aspects of a successful product in the IT sector – preferably in web development using open source technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and willingness to assist the cross-functional team throughout the project development lifecycle – from pre-sales stage up to delivery.
Technically sound with hands-on experience in web development.
