- Installation & troubleshooting of Operating Systems
- Assembling, formatting PCs, installation of drivers
- Network troubleshooting, preparation of network cables
- Installation & updation of Antivirus Software
- Diagnosing system/network related problem accurately & getting it resolved
- Configuring MS Outlook
