 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Installation, Maintaining, Administration & Troubleshooting of Windows Operating Systems Win 7, Server 2008 etc.
  • Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting , Ubuntu.
  • Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting Lotus Notes 8.5.3 &MS outlook
  • Create  Users & reset the domain user password, Manage OUs, Configuring User Accounts and Managing Profiles
  • Maintaining & Troubleshooting Printers and Scanners problems.
  • Installing the Applications, Links &Software.
  • Installing, Updating and Registered desktop & laptop users in Trend Micro Office Scan anti- virus, Quick heal etc.
  • Remotely handle domain users through VNC, Net meeting , Remote Desktop etc.
  • Installing and Configuring Printers and Network Printers.
  • Installing and Configuring Omni Banking Software
  • Troubleshooting Of Computer Hardware
  • CCTV , EPBAX and IP phone, Switch, Firewall Maintaining and Troubleshooting
  • Bio – Matrix Attendance Machine Installation Maintaining and Troubleshooting.
  • Installationand Troubleshooting WIFI Router & Virtual Router.
  • All other needful software installation and registration and able to  Crack

  Job Descriptions 

  • Installation, Troubleshooting & Configuration of NSEIT Exam Software on NSEIT Provided Laptops
  • Installation, Troubleshooting & Configuration of NSEIT Verification Desk Software on Test Venue Provided Desktops
  • Installation, Troubleshooting & Configuration of NSEIT Exam Conduction Software on Test Venue all Desktops
  • Troubleshooting of Test venue network if required
  • Coordinate with Respective Test Venue IT Executives to resolve any IT/Network related problems .
  • Visit the designated test venue sites and confirm attendance at the site by calling up project manager scheduled date.
  • Report immediately to the NSE IT -venue coordinator for any issues identified during the check list based activity.
  • Carry out the recommended actionable points by NSE IT which are specific to Vendor IT Executive. Coordinate with NSE IT Technical team and Test Venue IT administrator for completing the pre exam site preparation related activity.
  • Support during exam scheduled dates
  • Visit the designated test venue site at 7.00 am in the morning on all the exam schedule dates.
  • Carry out the checklist based activities which are required to be performed before start of the exam at the designated test venue. 
  • Provide technical support if any required during the Exam scheduled date.
  • Escalate immediately to NSEIT if any issues identified and which are not resolvable even after replacing with the standby systems / solutions provided by NSE IT for the reported problem.
  • Complete end of the day check list based activity and share the reports to NSE IT and CMS Project manager. Support post exam schedule (last exam date) .
  • Take signoff from the NSE IT on the completion of the activity
  • Update NSE IT and Project manager on the closure.
Qualification Required
  •  Age :                           Maximum age limit 32 years
  • Qualification:            Any Graduation - Passed out 2014 to 2016
  • Experience:                1 to 5 years experience (After graduation)(Minimum 1 years in IT Experience)
  • SHOULD BE WILLING TO TRAVEL FOR OFFICIAL PURPOSE AS PER CLINET
  • REQUEST and able to speak Hindi Language
  •  Note: Candidates without experience and Undergone Training in IT Support with good communication can apply for this position.
