- Resolve desktop support – L2
- Troubleshoot on Server, System, Application and Networking Products
- Server Monitoring
- Network Related Activities – L1
- Resolve application related issues – L1
- Hands on any ticketing system, if worked on JIRA will be added advantage
- Adhere to SLA’s 8. Hands-on Cisco products, Cisco Firewall
- Knowledge of Solaris / Linux is an added advantage – L1 / L2
- Good communication skills
- 24/7 support & 6 days a week will be working
