Engineer (Diploma/BE/CCNA Certified) must be familiar with PRI and ILL Installation & Commissioning .

Engineer with Networking background (ADSL & Wireline Connectivity).

TABLET with 2Gb RAM & 16Gb Internal Memory.

Telecom Toolkit.

Two Wheeler compulsory with them.

Checkpoints for Audits:

Field Verification for Customer Network Connectivity.

Field Verification of Customer Application.

As per mandate from DOT\TERM cell all customers taking services from ISP needs to verified once in 06 months.

Scope

Applicable to TC & SME Business for Wireline Voice/Data Products (ILL & PRI) only. (more product will be added in future)

Activity Details :

Customer appointment to be taken by LCRM audits Coordinator.
Call allocation to field team.
FE will visit the customer for audit as per appointment with all details.
FE to do the verification for Customer Network Connectivity.
FE to check & verify the customer application & architecture.
Get filled all required documents signed by competent authority of customer.
Arrange revisits at customer premises if not available on first time visit.
Handover of audit forms/sheets to regional SO team to upload in DIIMS.
Since every customer has to be audited once in 06 months so monitoring & verification of customers to cover in next 6 months.
Vendor (via coordinator) will deposit signed documents to Regional SO team to upload in DIIMS & provide update to Regional I&R team.
Daily MIS of pendency, Closure & Performance.
Reconciliation of document submission to SO team.
