Job Description
- Managing and resolving client queries / issues primarily through telephonic calls/mail.
- Deal directly with IT service requests/incidents.
- Manage their work to meet requirements.
- Maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment.
- Candidates will undergo two months free training under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra(PMKK) project, after successful completion of training, candidates will get certification from National Skill Development Corporation(NSDC).
