Post:-IT Help Desk(Voice)/TECH Support

Process:-  International Voice                         

Experience:-  1 to 6 yrs.  (International Voice)

Qualification:- 10+3 / Graduate / BE / MCA                                   

Remuneration:-  2 W Max 4.5 + Incentives  

CAB:-    2  WAY CAB PROVIDED.

SHIFT:-  UK Rotational.

:- Job Description           

  • Working knowledge of LAN / WAN /Basic Troubling Shooting and Technical Issues.
  • 1 to 6 years of experience in Technical Support / Voice Process.
  • Excellent communication with International Voice experience Preferred.
  • Should be open to work in Night shifts.
  •  · Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills

    · Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred

    · Candidate should have 1-5 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.

    · Prior experience in Customer Service the industry will be an added advantage.

    · Should be open to work in Night shifts in BPO/ Call Center/ Call Centre

    · Responsible for dealing with Clients’ Queries

    · Should be open to work in Night shifts

    · Excellent Soft Skills

    · Hardware/ networking/ Laptop/ desktop/ OS/ VPO/ Blackberry /or System, Product, Process Knowledge

    · Process Expert - Knowledge & Delivery in BPO/ Call Center/ Call Centre

    · Identify process level gaps & analyze the root cause of complaints

    · Candidate should have 0-5 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.

    · Regularly updating training modules

    · Should be open to work in Night shifts.
