Job Description
- Candidate should be good knowledge of IT product.
- Good communication skill.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction, review customer feedback and take corrective action.
- Review daily, weekly and quarterly reports.
- Responsible for productivity, maintaining AHT (Average Handle Time), ensuring SLA is met.
- Instrumental in strategy planning for making All FMS sites a successful venture.
- Issue Management and follow up for closure.
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors, monitor progress of work, escalate delays, changes to the management.
- Preparing Daily, Monthly and Quarterly call analysis report, Call Trend report, Hardware failure report and Equipment availability report of multiple sites.
- Co-ordinate with Manager and Engineer's for support.
