Manage end-to end IT process of the organization. That include Plan, control and evaluate the planning, implementation and operations of information systems.

• Provide direction, consulting, administration and monitor major projects, priorities, and overall IT performance to support our growth and revenue targets.
• Plan our IT strategy for next 3 years and lay the roadmap. Suggest design, development and implementation of information systems tools and services for increasing our Revenues.
•  Help design develop and implement IT solutions for process management. Provide advice on information systems tools that should be implemented for our organizational process for efficient delivery of our study abroad services.
•   Data management and data analytics to be used for efficient service delivery and increased sales.
•   E-business planning, particularly in terms of defining the Internet presence of Organization with all latest    informational updates and web support.
•  Implement new projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and other     teams.
•  Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures.
•   IT Manager is responsible for managing the end-to end IT operations of the organization. 
• That include   Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic processing.
• IT Road Map: IT manager will be responsible for planning, design, development, delivery and  implementation of new projects as per organisational requirements. Accountable for the efficient management of existing IT Infrastructure, specifications, costs and timelines. 
• Maintain a documented system of projects and procedures. 
• Create additional analysis and reports as requested by management.
• Define the project objective, Develop a statement of work. Oversee development of a plan to meet the objective, maintain documents associated with project in an organized manner, Monitor progress, ensure development and implementation of the project in a timely manner as per the plan.
• Knowledge of Web technologies, Databases and Systems desirable. Hands on work experience will be a   plus.
•  Approve and handle IT vendors used by the organization, AMC, Support agreements. Obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness.
•  Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to.
• Backup and Security: Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.   
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
•  Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy. 
• Identify problematic areas and implement solutions in time.
