Job brief:

To ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems.

Responsibilities:

·         Configure all Hardware & network equipment for efficient and resilient network operation.

·         Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

·         Should be able to Troubleshoot MS-OUTLOOK Related Issues with sound knowledge of Outlook Backup & Recovery

·         Performs preventative maintenance to maintain optimal system performance. Maintains network monitoring system.

·         Configuration and troubleshooting of telephony systems, Network equipment like L2 , Routers

·         Maintains inventory documentation of all server, network, computer equipment, peripherals, and corresponding configurations.

·         Installation of Laptops & printers and troubleshooting skills should be there

·         Manage onboarding & out boarding of new an employee with IT asset / Emails and etc

·         Server Administrator:

·         Servers: Install, configure, and maintain various types of Dell Servers and Server Operating

The system, they need to configure, manage, and implement operating systems Microsoft

Windows Server 2008.

·         Hyper V Virtualization: Managing Virtual Machines using VMWARE v-center, Hyper V AWS

DNS /DHCP: Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NAT & Etc.

·         Sophos: UTM Firewall / Endpoint & Server Protection

Must be able to configure policies on UTM devices. Candidates with experience on SOPHOS

UTM XG 320 devices are preferred.

·         Microsoft Azure &AWS:

Monitoring & Manage of Backup service all server & Disaster recovery of ERP application

·         VPN & Broadband:

Monitoring & Manage of Tata MPLS VPN the network between HUB & Spoke location and billing,

Manage of Broadband / leased line connection of PAN India branches

Requirements:

·         Minimum of 2-3 years or above Experience in an IT support/technician role

·         Candidates having sound knowledge of Networking based on CCNA Syllabus will be preferred

·         The job requires traveling so candidates having issues in traveling need not apply

·         Must possess good English communication skills especially written skills. Candidates having knowledge of writing business emails will be given preference

·         Team player, responsible, and trustworthy.

·         Ready to work under pressure

·         Ensure Security of Data, Network Access, and Backup Systems.
