Job Description:

• We're looking for a mobile engineer lead with a strong background in product ownership and team leadership to become the cross-platform engineering lead of our mobile development team
  
• Person should be highly motivated and able to lead mobile developer with strong interests and capabilities in mobile application design.

• You will be part of our highly dynamic development team, participating in the architecture, design, implementation and deployment of a state of the art mobile applications and Software as a Service platform.
  
• The individual in this position will work at a technical and functional level with deep understanding of mobile application development. 
  
• Knowledge in implementing and leading of mobile applications development on different mobile platforms viz Android , iOS and Windows

Responsibilities includes:

• Participate in the definition of the platform architecture
  
• Lead the mobile development team as well as participate in designing and implementing of user stories/requirements and should be able to Analyze, create, validate and document the customer needs and expectations and formulate functional and non-functional requirements
  
• Lead the mobile development team with the Project and Sprints planning as well as Scrum meetings
  
• Collaborate closely with the User Experience and User Interface team
  
• Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Team
  
• Reviews and designs complicated architectures of mobile solutions
  
• Author and administer Mobile Solutions statements of work
  
• Integration of mobile applications involving front end and backend technologies like JEE, Webservices, Rest Services, etc., 
  
• Provide high technical expertise to deliver project requirements in high quality
  
• Keep exploring new trends and practices coming into the market.
