Job Description

Looking for an iOS developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at standard iOS devices.
Your primary focus will be the development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

This position requires excellent communication, technical and independent working.

Skill Set

Technology: C, C++, Objective-C, Swift, Storyboard, XIB, Cocoa touch, XML, JSON, Google MAP API, JSON parser, XML parser, Open GL, Cocos 2d, app locator, push notification, Multi-threading with Grand Dispatch Queues

Database: SQLite, Coredata

Tools: Xcode

Expertise: Mobile Apps, Mobile Frameworks

Third party integrations with CocoaPods and Fabric.

Hands on experience in developing applications for iOS (iPhone/iPad).

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers

Experience of working with web services.

Experience of working with apple/GCM push notifications

Experience of working with social media sharing APIs.

Experience of integrating payment SDKs like Paypal or Bitcoin.

Experience of working on a social networking based application will be an added advantage.

Experience of working on games will be added advantage.

Experience of submitting apps on app-store.

Experience of using cloud hosted APIs like Parse will be an added advantage.

Experience of video, audio and text chat SDKs will be an added advantage.

Experience in at least one of iOS frameworks like CoreGraphics, Core Bluetooth, CoreText, CoreData, MapKit, PassKit, StoreKit, AVFoundation will be an added advantage

Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
