Job Description
1. Learning about the products and services to troubleshoot and maintain networking solutions
2. Working with managers to resolve technical problems
3. Communicating progress on resolutions with international clients
4. Generating quality documentation
5. Performing analysis and diagnosis of system problems
6. Analyzing and solving technical problems of mid to high complexity
7. Utilizing test setups to recreate and solve problems effectively

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th May'21 and 18th Jun'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Faridabad, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Noida and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should be a BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA graduate
2. The following qualities are desirable but not mandatory: CCNA/CCNP, information technology support experience, and experience with Cisco Technologies, Microsoft Windows Server, virtualization, storage, and desktop support (Microsoft)
3. Should have excellent English communication skills
4. Should be able to work in the night shift
5. Should be able to join immediately
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum
