- Designation: IT Recruiter (Semiconductor)
- Location: Bangalore (Vasanthnagar)
Job Responsibilities
- Understand clients and Semiconductor hiring requirements
- Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates
- Evaluate resumes and applications
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, databases, social media etc.
- Assume responsibility for pre-interview screening
- Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
- Schedule interviews and coordinate till joining
- Exp 0.0 Yrs to 2 Yrs
- Proven experience as recruitment consultant, HR consultant or similar position for minimum of 0.3 years(Semiconductor)
- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
- Excellent communication, convincing & negotiation skills
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience - from unique candidate sources to offer closeAbility to work with targets
- Qualification - Any Degree
