Job Description :
- Handling end to end recruitment process of contract staffing.
- Sourcing candidates through head hunting, job portals and other social networking sites.· Research & Industry mapping according to the need of the mandate.
- Screening and evaluation of profiles through telephonic and direct interviews
- Follow up with the selected candidates for further procedures.
- End to end responsibility for the delivery of results on any given assignment within a given time frame
- Good Understanding of technical terminologies.
- Good Knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
- Excellent Communication and convincing Skill.
