Job Description:

• Initial Pitch in with the customer and understand on the requirements
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Coordinating with the SPOC to know the feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
• Conduct initial HR interviews (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc.
• Follow up on the feed backs.
• Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
• Following up with the candidate after the offer is made.
• Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Designation: IT Recruiter
  
• Qualification: BBA,BCOM,MBA,BE or any graduate
  
• Experience: Freshers(Only female candidates)
