Job Description:
- Initial Pitch in with the customer and understand on the requirements
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Coordinating with the SPOC to know the feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
- Conduct initial HR interviews (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc.
- Follow up on the feed backs.
- Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
- Following up with the candidate after the offer is made.
- Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

BBA,BCOM,MBA,BE or any graduate
- Experience:
Freshers(Only female candidates)

- Should Effectively interact with the customers on their requirements
- Should be able to handle end to end recruitment.
- Should be expert in using job portals and linkedin for searching.
- Should be excellent in communication skill and handling candidates till joining.
- Strong decision-making skills and interpersonal skills
