Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes for clients.
Sourcing CVs from different Job Portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com,
Matching the profiles with the clients requirement.
.Screening profiles and short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.
Scheduling interviews, follow-up to get feedback
Managing resumes and updating the database on regular basis.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews of the candidates with the client.
Follow up with the selected candidates.
