Location - Koramangala, Bangalore
Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days Working Timings - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Knowledge on End to End Recruitment Life Cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, selection, salary negotiations and onboarding.Exposure on contract, contract to hire and permanent staffing. Good Understanding on job portals like Naukri and Monster. Knowledge on sourcing relevant profiles from job portals, referrals, professional networking sites and internal database. Screening and shortlisting profiles as per client requirement.Coordinating with the shortlisted candidates to schedule interviews.Maintaining internal database for future purpose. Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
