Job Description
Job responsibilities include:
- Posting and sourcing candidates through various job sites, social networking sites, etc.
- Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement
- Coordinating with the client to know the feedback of the candidates and improving sourcing based on the discussions
- Conducting initial HR interviews (telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc.
- Coordinating with the technical panels and scheduling interviews
- Closing the positions within the stipulated time
- Following up with the candidate after the offer is made
