Currently Our Company, Integra Technologies (ANDWiLL Group), is hiring for the position of 'Talent Acquisition Specialist”.

Job Responsibilities:

Work on international recruitment project.

Research on the Client's background & understanding position requirements

Sourcing, Screening & scrutinizing the candidate’s resumes.

Interacting with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, limitations etc & ensuring the right match.

Pitching & give proper guidance to the candidates in terms of their career growth & opportunities.

Handle different kind of job portals, social media & linkedin

Requirement-

Must be smart, presentable
Must have strong & fluent communication in English
Must have basic computer knowledge
Qualification- Any Graduate
Experience- fresher/exp
Fresher are also welcome
Shift Time-08.00 PM to 05.00 AM (Fixed)
5 Working days (Saturday & Sunday Off)
