- Taking care of end to end recruitment cycle ( sourcing, scheduling, negotiation, joining formalities) specializing in technical/ IT Recruitment.*Hiring executive, senior executive, and Manager Level IT profiles.
- Source and attract candidates by using different job portals ( naukri, Monster, Linkedln etc) databases, social media etc.
- Understanding clients requirements & client co-ordination.*Interview co-ordination with candidates with agressive followup.
