- Proven expertise in handling End-to-End Recruitment processes.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Understanding the client's requirements and Sourcing, Screening profiles, shortlisting the candidates for a preliminary interview.
- Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, Networking & Employee Referrals.
- Working experience on Naukri - Talent solutions would be a advantage.
- Regularly maintain and update candidate tracker.
- Tracking submissions and maintaining the submissions database.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements.
- Understanding clients technology, domain, and product and service.
- Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements and Good Communications Skills.
