Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A ( based upon years of experience) + Incentive
Job Description:
- Ability to demonstrate work experience related to US Staffing Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc)
- Proactive Individual/Independent Contributor, willing to deliver results without any monitoring
- Scheduling Interview, status reporting
- Must have experience in LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
- Desired Skills Understand technology on a Macro level
- Excellent organization skills
- Organized and process oriented
- Strong analytical sense and organization skills
- Good sense of people qualities and fit
- Real go-getter attitude, eagerness to learn
- Conducting phone screens, including completing pre-qualifying questions and selling potential candidates on location, position, and company
Must have skills:
- Experience on LinkedIn search
- Good was written and communication skills
- Result oriented skills
