Job Description
- Antal International Network is seeking to appoint an experienced Research Associate / Associate Consultant to set up highly productive and profitable desk in a particular industry/discipline.
- Being an informed, able, enthusiastic leader and team builder, s/he will implement and develop strategies using the latest pedagogy and best practices in executive search and recruitment.
- The individual will be an informed, dynamic, motivated individual who will design and enhance the individual and overall performance.
- Industry and Company Research
- Understanding company structures and dynamics
- Keep self-updated with market information
- Updating and maintaining data / information on the internal MIS
- Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
- Assisting the Team Leader / Sr Consultant in the execution of Senior level management mandates
- Speaking to key Decision Makers in the industry
- Adhere to approved policies and procedures.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Managing Partner.
- Graduate in Business Admin/HR Management/Other discipline
- Proactive, confident and outgoing personality
- Fluency in English language and MS office skills
- Fresh graduates will be trained in the recruitment business and will evolve into highly experienced consultants.
- Professional training is disseminated on a periodic basis by one of the most successful recruiters from the UK
- Become a 360 deg recruitment consultant within 12 months of starting your career with Antal International
- Potential to earn incomes more than most fresh graduates, as bonuses are uncapped.
