- We are looking for an ambitious and Fresher or experienced IT/ITES recruiter to join our growth-oriented, passionate team at Coimbatore.
- Experience: FRESHERS[0 to 1] recruitment Permanent IT & NON IT staffing preferred.
- Location: Coimbatore (WORK FROM OFFICE)
- Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days
- Qualification: Any graduate with good communication skills
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels
- Designing and updating job descriptions
- Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates via phone
- Advertise job openings on company careers page, social media, job boards
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- Should have very good communication and good understanding of IT requirements.
