Job Description
- Immediate hiring for IT Recruiters!!!
- Experience: Freshers (0 to 6 months)
- Sourcing and shortlisting candidates through various job portals, head hunting and validating them on their experience and interest in the role.
- Usage of different sourcing channels effectively to create relevant candidate database.
- Following up with candidates for interview scheduling and on-boarding.
- Identifying the right candidates with the required skill set and matching with the job requirement
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be high on integrity and energetic and passionate about recruitment.
- Have basic knowledge of ms office.
- Any relevant experience/ internship/ case study will be an added advantage.
- Shift: Day shift
- Timings: Monday-Friday 9.30 am to 6.30pm
- Saturday 9.30 am - 2pm
