Responsibilities:
- Ensuring optimum utilization database/job sites/reference, job posting, daily alert, and sending bulk emails on job sites as well as sourcing resumes via. Job portals
- Screening the resumes in terms of qualification, experience, expatriation, technical fit, communication and pay package, etc.
- Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidates to check their interest skills after briefing them about the job description and company profile.
- Coordinating & scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates
- Conducting negotiation process for salary, joining time, joining bonus etc.
