•IT Recruiter, who has a flair to do recruitment in all spree. Requirement gathering, understanding Technical requirements given by various clients for their manpower positions.
• Good understanding of the Recruitment Process.
• Good Communication Skills. Client Handling and Coordination would be an added advantage.
• Handled Contractual Staffing would be added advantage, but not mandatory.
• Briefing the profile and requirement specifications to the candidates, conducting initial screening in order to judge the candidates suitability and evaluating candidates on their skill sets and communication skills, validating the candidates interest on the requirement.
• Effective Database of profiles built through various sources like Job Portals, Internal Employee Reference, Network through prospective candidates, etc, involves posting advertisements in portals.
• Coordinating with the Candidates, Technical Interviewers for Direct or Telephonic Interviews for Shortlisted Candidates.
Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
