Job Description
- Should have hands of experience on contractual (majorly) and full time positions both with IT clients.
- Strong Domestic Staffing experience.
- Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
- Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up.
- Sourcing profiles through JOB Portals Include screening, interview scheduling, coordination & negotiating CTC.
- Position requires understanding and prioritizing job descriptions, screening profiles, scheduling/ coordinating interviews, gathering feedback and other post interview processes.
- Good Communication skills- both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain and build candidate database and pipeline
- Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates. Submit qualified candidates and respond to client concerns.
Desired candidate profile:
- Looking for candidates with min 6 months exp in Domestic IT staffing.
- Preferably should have an experience with Contract to Hire (C2H) positions.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies (Java, .Net).
