- Location - Noida, UP ( Noida Sector 62)
- Role Type - Permanent
- Work Timing - 1:00 PM -10:00 PM IST
- Working Day - Mon- Friday
- Cab Facility - One side drop for females only
- No of position: 5
- Note: Offer will be released on the same day.
- Must have at least 6 months of good experience in the role of IT Recruiter and Sourcing resume for Technology & Software firms.
- Must have good communication skills
- This role expected to source resume in UK & Europe Geography
- Must have skills of sourcing resume from Social Media Sites like LinkedIn , Facebook or European & UK based Job Portal.
- Experience in Domestic staffing, US staffing will also considered.
- Must have good skills in review job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that help you identify the right candidate(s).
- This is by far the most important skill a technical recruiter needs.
- Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Learn and evaluate your technical skillsIdentify.
- Sourcing and uncovering candidates Screen.
- Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description Interview.
- Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their qualifications Following up.
- Keep your candidates in the loop.
- This goes a long way to build your credibility and keep your candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals to you.
