IT recruiter Specialist- Work from home must have laptop and open to relocate post Covid to Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:

1)Sourcing and screening potential IT and SAP consultants for job openings from various Job Portals, good experience in IT staffing

2) Establishing relationships with candidates

3) Interviewing prospective candidates and educate them on organizational hiring process.

4)Negotiate compensation, closing consultants and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.

5)Submitting qualified consultants to open job requirements.

6)Resourcing through Internet job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, TimesJob, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder etc.

7)Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process

8)Previous IT Recruitment experience is Plus.

Required Candidate profile:

Graduate.

1)Strong verbal and written communication skills.

2)Has a passion for recruitments

3)Working knowledge of Social media recruiting and should be updated with current market trends.

4)Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.

5.) Candidate has to fill date in excel sheet without any error.

6.) Open to work under pressure open to call 70-80 candidates on daily basis.
