Job Profile :
- Responsible for Talent acquisition solution for clients.
- Should be good with handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Responsible for identifying and presenting qualified candidates to fill all requirements provided.
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Social Media, Job Portals, Postings and Networking.
- Gauge the profile of the candidate on technical capabilities.
- Proven and successful track record of engaging, selling, and recruiting candidates Work with a strong sense of urgency, and fill the highest priority requirements of Stake holders Should have experience on Social Media hiring.
- Should have good communication and presentation skills.
- Should have good experience on stake holder management.
- Should be good on MIS for managing different reports.
- Should be able to work in Target oriented and challenging environment.Should be able to lead a team.
