Job Description
Honchosoft is searching for a committed, deadline-driven Sales Executive. The Sales Executive should complete all tasks assigned by the Manager, which may include conducting market research, managing mails campaigns, generating sales leads, participating in meetings, etc. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
To be successful as a Sales Executive you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities.
Develop sales strategies, keep up to date information on products of our competitors and work with channel partners to generate sales through them. Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for qualifying & generating business leads adding to the company’s business pipelines & opportunities.
· Manages the Client demonstrations and services independently
· Accountable for conducting market research in industries/sectors that are of interest to Honchosoft.
· Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
· Making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
· Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
· Sign up new client accounts and sell products to existing ones.
· Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
· Manage established client accounts and do regular follow ups to seize new opportunities.
· Communicate with clients and understand their daily requirements of products.
· Negotiate pricing and generate necessary orders, respond to client RFC.
· Promote new product line added to the company's inventory.
· Maintain great client relationship by providing excellent customer service.
· Provide general administrative assistance like Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
· University or college degree
· Independent and highly Motivated individual for sales growth
· Strong in Sales Planning
· Professional Presentation Skills
· Strong in Client Relationships
· Problem identification and objections resolution skills
· Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
· Good listening, negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
· Ability to work individually
