About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
2. Identify key players, initiate contact, and follow-up
3. Handle IT solutions sales/staffing sales and email marketing campaigns
4. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory/ clients
5. Work on hot and cold leads, prospecting till sales closure
6. Understand customer needs and requirements, schedule meetings between onshore business development managers and the customer, and follow up on actions
7. Route other qualified opportunities to the appropriate BDMs for further development and closure
8. Follow up on all promised actions and escalate any concerns to the concerned department
9. Follow requirements and assist in converting to positive interaction, recollection, and possible sale
