Job Description
- Designation: IT Sales Executive
- Experience: 2 - 5 Years in sales of IT Solutions (Example:Software/Hardware/Networking/Cloud/Web Solutions etc)
- Qualification: Any Graduate (IT Degree Preferred)
- Salary: Depending on Experience with Uncapped Commissions
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's product.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Arranging business meetings and following up leads
- Mapping new market and conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Understanding customer’s specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Doing Promotion activities and Marketing Activities to achieve sales.
- Actively seek out customers / Generate Leads.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Cross sell products.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Monitor all ongoing opportunities in the assigned accounts and report progress of opportunities on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and Present Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, half year and annual business plans to SWO Management as requested
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborates with MANAGEMENT in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Writing and designing sales literature
Skills Required:
- Target Achiever
- Prior experience in Cold Calling, Sales & BD of Software Application Development and IT Managed Services.
- Preferred Graduates/MBA/PG
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Must possess minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales (Direct/Channel).
- Freshers are with above qualities/MBA Sales & Marketing are welcome.
- Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales, target oriented.
- Ability to articulate in written format responses to client’s requirements of strategic solutions.
