Job Description-

• Getting project your own or by our company according to their skills.
• Prepare Project Requirement Specification (PRS).
• Estimation (Time) for completion of project as per PRS.
• Declaration of Project deadline.
• Completing the project within self-declared deadline.

Eligibility criteria-

• Basic Knowledge of sales
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English or other local languages) & Convincing strategy
• Should have own laptop/Internet/Conveyance
• Result & Time-oriented Approach
• Having good command & complete knowledge of working for following departments and Technologies- Web designing, Graphics designing, Android/IOS/Windows development, Software/Application development, Php, Dot net, Java, Wordpress,HTML5,Ajax,Magento or other relative latest technologies.

Education-

• Any graduates/Post Graduates/ or Anyone who can accept the challenge
• Person from or other vocation courses

Experience-

• Fresher & Experienced both are equally .
• Does Not matter, Only Talent matters here.

Compensation policy-

• 3 Months provision period
• During provision period, you will get your dividend or share as per company policy.
• After 3 month you will be appointed as permanent employee of company.
• As a permanent employee, you will get fixed salary (Rs. 15,000- Rs. 45,000) according to your performance in provision period and as per company policy.

Selection Procedure-

• First short listing of candidates as per requirements
• Telephonic interview of shortlisted candidates
• Selected candidates by telephonic interview, will call for final face to face interview
