As a Sr. Tech Support at Intellirose, you will be working night shift along with other support team members, to provide a quality support to the users of our Specialized CRM application.
The support team is the face of our company. We do everything to empower and equip this team in order to ensure our clients' satisfaction. You will be trained extensively on our software, the industries in which our clients operate, their business processes, how they use our software, and how you can help them using our robust Help Desk system.
Below is a summary of your day to day tasks:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to our web-based CRM software.
Respond to queries over the phone, email, instant chat, or our help desk management system.
Ask questions to determine nature of problem and provide appropriate solutions or escalate the issue to development team.
Disposition tickets into appropriate categories in our Help Desk system, depending on the nature and content of the request.
Walk clients through problem-solving process over the phone or by writing clear instructions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved and to gain their feedback on the resolution.
Follow up with development team to get updates on bug fixes and feature requests.
Associates or Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant technical fields.
3+ years of experience as a technical support, using both over-the-phone and written communication methods.
Admin level knowledge and experience of MS Windows.
Extensive knowledge of browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari, including their settings and add-ons.
Familiarity with video conferencing and screen sharing applications such as Google Hangouts, TeamViewer, and GoToMeeting.
Basic knowledge of network and internet protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP.
Basic knowledge of application development process and agile methodologies.
(Preferred) Language Skills:
Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills. Strong grammatical skills and extensive English vocabulary is a must.
Familiarity with American English in terms of accent, expressions, and slangs.
The experience of clear and mutually understandable communication with US customers.
An experience of writing step-by-step technical instructions.
