General requirement:
- Auto Cad 2d and 3d (Must)
- FME Feature Manipulation Engine ('or')
- ESRI GIS Software – ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server and Portal
- Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
- Developing conceptual, logical and physical data models
- Ability to interpret technical plans, blueprints, maps, and photographs
- Ability to learn, teach and communicate effectively to technical and non-technical people
- Knowledge of leading and emerging open Source geospatial software and technology
- Skills and knowledge of statistical, spatial, and demographic analysis, and the ability to prepare clear reports
- FME software with capable of writing scripts for CityGML conversion (very Important)
- Should know to model from LOD2 to LOD4
