Job Description
- Testing web-based applications preferably from the financial domain.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong Understanding of SDLC and role of a QA Analyst.
- Strong Understanding of software testing techniques and tools.
- Strong Understanding of Test design, Test execution and defect lifecycle.
- Strong Understanding of web based application and architecture.
- A proven track record testing user interfaces, API and everything downward
- Should be comfortable with SQL.
- Good data analysis skills resulting in timely decision making.
- Demonstrates excellent process, documentation, team participation and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with little help, be self-motivated and be passionate about software testing.
- Knowledge of TFS and MTM.
- Financial services / Insurance domain knowledge especially around risk analysis.
- White box testing background in an Agile team.
- Exposure in testing Mobile applications on iOS/Android platform.
- Experience in test automation and test automation tools (Preferably Selenium web driver with c#).
- A Testing certification.
