Job Description

We are looking for Freshers with A+ & N+ trained/certified for desktop support engineer role
Job Responsibilities

Manage and respond to Service desk tickets raised by users
Ensure local area network, local internet lines, local MPLS are available
Coordinate with teams in other location for connectivity test
Ensure full understanding of VC system is up and runing
Ensure bandwidth dedicated to VC system is available
Ensure voice network (internal extension, local call, domestic long distance, International, VOIP) is available
Ensure toll-free phone service for Call Center is available
Installation of EPABX, Voice / LAN cable, phone set, headset
Monitor UPS working condition and respond to UPS failure promptly
Installation and updation of OS, required softwares, Anti-virus tool and other required applications by users on approval
Configuration and Maintenance
Vendor co-ordination
Email Management
