Job Description
Position – Technical Lead
Job Location: - (Offshore – Gandhinagar)
Job Profile
· Must have strong fundamentals clarity on Core Java
· Must have good experience in Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
· Must have recent technical leading experience with junior team of minimum 2 members
· Must have good experience in any solution of ESB
· Good command on written and spoken English
· Willing to take up challenge and able to deliver high quality work under tight schedule
· Act as a point of technical escalation and resolution during the project lifecycle as it relates to technical decisions.
· Determine and provide a necessary level of technical documentation during requirements gathering, based on technical services group standards and procedures and discussions with project staff, industry experience, and technical vendors
· Proactively work with producers to ensure that appropriate staffing resources are assigned, put in place, and effectively utilized at the appropriate time
· Work closely with quality assurance resources to create test plans and ensure that issues are properly assigned, fixed, and regressed
· Provide technical consultancy to department staff and participate in business development efforts including proposals, development plans, and presentations, as directed.
· Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in relevant IT technology field.
Mandatory Technical Exposure (This part will vary based on technologies)
Core Java, Hibernate, Spring Core, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), JSON, Caching, JASPER/BIRT Reporting Tool
Good to Have Technical Exposure
Advance Java, Any open source Document Management System, PL/SQL, Java Script, JQuery, Bootstrap,
Experience Required:
Should have at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT industry
Education Required: B.E / B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or any equivalent IT graduation or post-graduation.
