Experience Level : 8+ Years

• Develop the vision for creating, communicating, and implementing the user experience and associated UI framework.
• Lead a team of UI/UX Designers.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications, and final graphics with a strong visual design element.
• Proactive in managing user experience research and testing processes.
• Perform metrics analysis to track design/UX optimization efforts.
• Have a close coordination with the product management team / Client teams to develop a shared vision of a product / project and then lead a process to define the experience and design to deliver on the product /project objectives.

Required Competencies:

• Strong visual design and user experience skill set including strategy,information architecture, and design aesthetic.
• Ability to create highly usable designs and layouts.
• Ability to capture minutest of details from customers.
• Proven ability to work cross-team, lead the design process.
• Ability to quickly turn around detailed wireframes, mockups in an agile environment.
• Experience in leading user research and usability testing.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Degree in design or a related field is highly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in UX designing.
• Working experience as an interactive designer / user experience designer, expertise in both information architecture and visual design.
• Experience designing mobile web, and/or on-device mobile applications.
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience would be required along with application.
• Proficient in the standard tools e.g. Photoshop, Fireworks, Visio, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and HTML/CSS.
• Fluency in English, good presentation skills.
• Ability to prototype in HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Proficiency with web and accessibility standards.
