• Experience developing SOAP and/or RESTful API’s

• Experience with Spring Framework s4 and Spring Boot.

·        To create, maintain and implement the source code that makes up the application or program. Responsible for designing the prototype application,

·        Indicate program unit structure, and coordinate application plans with the development team or client.

·        Actively participates in meetings with business and technical stakeholders to translate technical and/or complicated information into clear, concise information in order to resolve problems and communicate changes.

• Formulates concepts and develops solutions using defined user requirements. Able to interpret requirements and work with the customer to clarify requirements as needed.
• Designs, codes, tests, and documents enhancements to existing systems of high complexity and scope, working with common application designs and specifications, utilizing industry and System standard procedures, products and methodologies. Executes performance and stress testing, as necessary.
• Designs or adapts frameworks and best practices established for the project, team, and FRB Richmond consistent with industry standards.
• Negotiate commitments with solution/resolution providers for responsive turnaround on root cause analysis and subsequent action plans to complete resolution.
• Quickly grasp new concepts and to see things in new and creative ways.
