- Selection will be based on programming test.
- Selected candidates will be recruited as trainees and need to undergo four months of training.
- During training period stipend will be INR 5,000/- p/m
- Post successful completion of training period, the trainees will be promoted to Software Engineer with yearly package ranging between 1,80,000 to 3,00,000/- INR
- Employees need to complete a minimum period of 15 months as a Software Engineer starting from the promotion date.
