Job Description
JavaScript / MEAN Stack Developers – Software Engineer
We are looking for JavaScript / MEAN Stack (MongoDb, Express.Js, Angular.Js, Node.Js) developer’s who is passionate about application development in mobile and web technologies.
You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications designed using these technologies.
At Revolux Solutions you will work with the coolest but fast paced startup environment that requires independent of direction, with an aptitude for innovation, team collaboration, and open communication.
Your prime responsibility will be the development of cutting edge Android and Web Applications and their integration with back-end services.
You will be working with a team of engineers and developers to produce high-quality mobile and web apps for Revolux solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain good quality, high performance, reusable, and reliable code.
- Transform designs and wireframes into the high quality source code.
- Make sure the best possible performance and responsiveness of the application
- Test code for reliability, robustness and usability.
- Identify and rectify source code and fix bugs
- Document source code and produce training material
- Constantly explore, assess, and implement new technologies to exploit development efficiency
Skills
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering. Exceptional Graduates and Diploma holders that fully qualify all given criteria can also apply.
- Freshers or 1-3 years of proven work experience in mobile and web app development.
- Have strong Javascript skills
- Have strong OOP skills and have an understanding of MVC
- Have strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail and Team player - ability to work cooperatively with the other engineers
- Hands-on. Completes task quickly and thoroughly
- A quick study and can be self-taught
- An experience of working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Lite or other open source DB technologies.
- Experience with Angular.js, Express.js, Node.js, Javascript, CSS3, HTML5, Responsive Design, JQuery, Bootstrap and general Web 2.0 techniques in context of interactive Web Applications and Android Applications.
- Experience working with XML, XSLT and remote data via REST and JSON, connecting Android and Web Applications to back-end web services.
- Knowledge of cloud message RESTful APIs, Webservices, Push notifications.
- Familiarity with GIT, SVN or other version control systems
- Responsive Web Application development using Javascript, JQuery, BootStrap would be an added advantage
- Experience with cloud computing e.g., public cloud providers like Amazon Web Services would be an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
