Job Description
We require a recent graduate join our Software Development team.
This role will report to a Senior Software Engineer.
The candidate will be responsible for developing product features and implementing customizations under the guidance of technical team leaders. Primary technologies used will be Java and XML.
We have built a product around the Alfresco platform.

Our aim is to Simplify Document Management for small and medium businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding customer's requirements - doing a thorough business analysis
- Translating requirements into design
- Developing product features
- Customizing product as per customer requirements
- Good understanding of Java
- Good understanding of Linux
- Experience with XML
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
- BTech/BE in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Ability to learn fast, ask the right questions, and work independently
