Urgent opening in a healthcare startup to develop object oriented web application using PHP and to integrate the web application with backend database and third party APIs

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining existing codebase, to include troubleshooting bugs and adding new features in the existing web application.
  
• Taking over existing web application for maintenance and amendments
  
• Contribute to full life-cycle application development including user requirements, specifications, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and maintenance.
  
• Developing end-to-end web application using PHP
  

Requirements

• Proven working experience in web programming and application development
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation process
• Expert knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JQuery, Linux shell, Ajax, JSON, Java and JavaScript.
• PHP Frameworks like Zend, Symphony, CodeIgniter.
• Understanding of Web Services, Protocols and Web.
• Excellent command and experience on development e commerce solutions
• Bachelors Degree in computer science or a related field
