Job Description
- As a recruiter in our Noida facility you'll have the opportunity to leverage and enhance your recruiting skills to fill mostly positions with our Direct Client/System Integrator.
- You'll manage a full life cycle recruitment process - creating/posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, etc.
- Most of our positions aren't easy to fill, so 'post and pray' doesn't often work.
- You'll need to be creative and assertive in sourcing and attracting the right talent.
- Minimum 0.6 Years To 04 years of experience in IT Recruiting
- Only Infosys and L&T Client Work Experience Candidate.
- Experience & well versed in recruitment process/client interaction and penetration skills
- Proven experience in both Contract/ Permanent Assignments.
- Experience working with Skilled enough to source qualified candidates from Social Networking sites.
- Ability to meet the deadlines in an efficient manner with turnaround time
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to negotiate with consultants in various IT-Non IT requisitions that we have for our clients.
- Effective communication is critical to your success.
