·         The candidate is responsible to coordinate between technical team & users

·         Coordinate with ZOHO ONE implementation team

·         Periodic MIS, Manage Outlook Mail & IT infrastructure administration

·         Manage day to day operations including with vendor management

·         Communicate well with all stakeholders, internal and external, including project managers, site Engineers, and project team members.

·         Work collaboratively with project delivery leads and project resources.

·         Effectively manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality, and User satisfaction throughout the project.

·         Communicate effectively with and project-manage remote resources in a matrix environment, including offshore resources.

·         Forecast and deliver against committed hours for the project portfolio.

·         Deliver a diverse scope of services where project management requires analysis of numerous factors.

·         Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and compliance with internal processes and procedures.

·         Help to expand the base of New Users In ERP

·         Present and promote the value of NetSuite Professional Services to prospective Users.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills include:

·         A strong background in project management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans, most notably in Microsoft Project.

·         ERP Implementation experience with ZOHO/Oracle NetSuite applications/ SAP/MS SQL will be an advantage and a good understanding of integration, data, customization, and other ERP implementation related principles

·         Formal Project Management methodology training, with significant practical use. Certifications such as the Project Management professionals (PMP) are a plus.

·         BE / BSC graduate in IT Or Computer

·         Knowledge of IT security & cloud server-based ERP

·         Troubleshooting for networking & CCTV
